Financial Benefits

Under AGRTPS, the successful applicants will receive a stipend at the standard rate which is set by the Government of Australia. The chosen students will receive $28,854 p.a tax free (2022 full time rate). Australian Government Research Training Program Scholarship (AGRTPS) also contains a Research Training Program (RTP) that endows the students with an off set for tuition fees for the duration of (up to) 4 years.

The students, who comes to Adelaide from overseas, are also eligible for an establishment allowance (after they arrive at Flinders) of up to $1485 for assistance with airfare and relocation costs once the students provide receipts of the same.
