Complete Information Regarding the IAS Conference 2025 in Rwanda

Applicants aged 18 (the minimum age required is 18 years) on 13^th July and who are working, volunteering, or studying in the area of HIV are invited to apply for a scholarship for IAS 2025.

Registration period is now open, interested and eligible candidates are welcome to apply. Interested candidates can now register for IAS 2025 and join thousands of HIV professionals at the world’s most influential meeting to be held on HIV research in Kigali. It is a fully funded conference. The submissions began on 20^th November 2024 and the announcement of the results will take place in early April 2025.

Eligibility Criteria for the 13^th IAS Conference 2025 in Rwanda

For this conference, the following candidates will be given high priority.

On 13^th July 2025, those aged 18 minimum and are working, studying in the area of HIV, or volunteering can apply.
Abstract presenters whose submissions have been chosen for the conference.
Applicants who are from low-income and lower-middle-income countries.
Those applicants are eligible who are living with HIV and who are part of key populations.
Youngsters and early-career investigators below 35 years of age are eligible.
Those who did not receive a scholarship earlier for an IAS Conference.

Available Funding for the IAS 2025 13^th IAS Conference

Travel: A pre-paid economy class return air ticket will be provided from the candidate’s nearest international airport.

Accommodation: Single room will be offered in a budget hotel.

Allowance: A daily stipend will be offered for incidentals and meals.

Visa Cost: For those candidates, who require a visa to enter Rwanda, the cost of a visa will be reimbursed.

Note: Scholarship recipients will receive reimbursement for the visa cost in person for up to USD 50, so they should keep their receipt.
