Eligibility Criteria for Lancaster University Global Scholarship
· International students (with international fee status) are eligible
· Postgraduate taught applicants (excluding MBA program applicants) can apply
· This opportunity – Lancaster Global Scholarship for Master’s Degrees is available for eligible candidates to all full-time and part-time postgraduate taught degree programs offered fully on campus at the university (Lancaster University) for October 2025 entry
· Eligible candidates are those who have received either a conditional or an unconditional study offer from Lancaster University for October 2025 entry, and they have accepted it
· Those applicants who receive a fully funded opportunity are not eligible
· Partially funded students for less than 50% of their fees will be found eligible for this opportunity
· Recipients of this scholarship have to be termed as overseas or international fee-paying students for tuition fee purposes for the complete duration of their studies. If, during the study period, a student’s status is changed to ‘home fee-payer’, the award will be ineligible in that scenario.
· Pathway students who progress from INTO Lancaster University will be eligible for this scholarship
Financial Coverage for Lancaster Global Scholarship for Master’s Degrees
Successful applicants will receive £5,000 in their first year of study. It will be used as a tuition fee waiver for full-time students. For part-time students, the scholarship will be divided into equal amounts and offered per year of study (subject to successful completion of the previous year of study). No cash alternative will be offered.
