Information about National Chiao Tung University Scholarship

It is a public research university established in 1896 as Nanyang Public School. Being as one of Taiwan’s top universities, NCTU was then re-established by former Chiao Tung University faculty and alumni in 1958. Taiwan’s Ministry of Education then chose NCTU as one of the seven national universities for research focus in 2002. Later NCTU got merged with National Yang Ming University into recently formed National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University on February 1^st 2021.

Eligibility Criteria for National Chiao Tung University Scholarship

You need to be an international student (other than Taiwanese nationals).
You need to be healthy mentally and physically.
You cannot be a recipient of any other scholarship simultaneously.
You need to fill out the application form honestly, correctly and completely.

You are eligible to apply for Bachelor’s programs, if you have high school degree.
You are eligible to apply for Master’s programs, if you have an undergraduate or Bachelor’s degree.
