Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the University of Wollongong Postgraduate Academic Excellence Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements.

They must be international students
They are required to be enrolled in a UOW Master’s (Coursework) degree program at any campus in Australia in the 2026 academic year
They must possess exceptional academic results (75+ WAM or equivalent)
Applicants must not be the recipients of any other scholarship, bursary, sponsorship, or discount (excluding stipend scholarships) for the same study program (same course)
They need to maintain a minimum cumulative Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 50
Those students who transfer will no longer be eligible for this opportunity

Note: The Following must be noted as well.

Graduate certificate + master’s package offers will not be eligible for this scholarship scheme

Bachelor’s + master’s degree offers will not be eligible for this scholarship facility

Besides, this opportunity (funding) will be offered to eligible students who have offers from 12^th June 2025, for students starting in 2026 and beyond.

Financial Coverage
