Eligibility Criteria for Finland Scholarships for International Students

The opportunity is open to gifted non-EU/EEA students who apply for international Master’s programs at the University of Oulu.
These scholarships are offered to exceptional applicants based on their academic evaluation.
The scholarships are available for those applicants who are applying in the 2024 application round.

Financial Coverage Available Under Finland Scholarships

Successful applicants will receive a scholarship that will cover their first-year tuition fee plus a relocation grant of €5,000 will also be provided once the students arrive in Oulu. The scholarships will be provided to only those international (non-EU/EEA) outstanding students who are liable to tuition fees and apply for international Master’s programs.

How to Apply for Finland Scholarships

Interested candidates can apply for Finland Scholarships with the same online application when they apply to the university in January 2024. Once the online application is available during the application period, you may apply for the same. You are entitled to apply for both the Finland Scholarship and the University of Oulu International Scholarship and you may be awarded both also.
