University of Luxembourg Scholarships 2024 Requirements (Eligibility Criteria)

To be considered for this opportunity, you need to meet the eligibility requirements.

International applicants are eligible. Both EU and non-EU nationals can apply for this scholarship.
Only the Master’s programs conducted with two years duration at the University of Luxembourg in Luxembourg are eligible. Those Master’s programs with a mandatory semester or year abroad will not be eligible for the scholarship.
Applicants must have exceptional academic performance during their undergraduate degrees are eligible.
Non-beneficiaries of Luxembourg’s State Financial Aid for Higher Education.
Full-time students.

Financial Converge for the University of Luxembourg Scholarships for International Students

Under the University of Luxembourg Scholarships 2024, financial coverage will be offered to those whose scholarship applications are successful. Those who are successful will be provided with a stipend amount of €10,000 per academic year for up to 2 years. One part of the scholarship will cover the housing of the students and the remaining part will be an amount paid in installments at the beginning of each semester for a period of maximum 2 years.
The scholarship will be subject to evaluation performance and could be withheld for example in the case of students’ misconduct, withdrawal from the Master’s program, or poor academic performance.
Tuition fees will not be included in this scholarship opportunity.
It should be noted that the scholarships will not be cumulated with any other kind of grant funded/financed by the Government of Luxembourg, or a similar scholarship funded by a private sponsor.
As far as the housing is concerned, part of the scholarship will be used to finance the accommodation of the student in a university residence for the study duration of the Master’s program up to a maximum of €650 per month for a maximum duration of 2 years.
The scholarship will not cover the insurance and security deposit. Remember, the students are advised to apply for their accommodation timely and follow instructions and deadlines in the accommodation section carefully.

How to Apply for the University of Luxembourg Scholarships 2024

Interested candidates are invited to consult the admission requirements mentioned on the official webpage of the Master’s program interested in applying for to make sure that your application will be complete.
Go ahead to submit your application for the Master’s program using the online admission portal accessible and then submit all of the required documents.
