Internship Summary

The chosen candidate will witness the opportunity to get involved in the work of the chosen division/department/area, experiencing first-hand how the UfMs act as a platform for the promotion of dialogue and cooperation in the Euro-Mediterranean region.

Primary Responsibilities of the Interns

Assisting the division staff in its daily work, in direct support to project analysts, project managers, and professional assistants.
Getting a mammoth opportunity to know and work in accordance with the international public sector framework and appropriate workload to get the best possible knowledge.
Collecting and then cataloging the technical information relevant to particular activities of the division (press releases, new pieces for the UfM website, leaflets, etc.) and conducting research.
Providing assistance in drafting and then preparing presentations and documents.
Doing correspondence and mailing with external partners.
Contributing to the administrative and general tasks of the division (presentations, internal papers, translation of documents, briefing papers, etc.)
